  • Yes. Our planning fees allow us to dedicate the time, research, expertise, and care your trip deserves. This helps us create a more thoughtful, high-touch experience from start to finish.

  • We plan a wide range of travel experiences, including honeymoons, European itineraries, river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and custom-designed trips.

    Each advisor on our team specializes in specific destinations and travel styles. That means you’re not working with someone who does a little bit of everything, you’re paired with the expert who knows your type of trip best.

  • No. A general idea is enough. Many clients come to us knowing how they want the trip to feel, even if they aren’t sure where that should be yet.

  • Ideally, 6 to 12 months in advance. For honeymoons, peak-season travel, river cruises, and complex custom trips, earlier is always better.

  • Possibly. Depending on your trip, you may work with Asia or another Gilded Getaways advisor who specializes in your destination or travel style.

    Either way, you’ll be supported by the Gilded Getaways standard of service!

  • Sometimes. If you’ve already booked pieces of your trip, we can discuss whether it makes sense for us to step in. We usually work best when we’re involved from the beginning so the full experience is cohesive.

  • Yes, we absolutely assist with flights.

    We provide guidance on timing, routing, and overall logistics for every trip, because flights play a major role in how smoothly your travel experience goes.

    Many of our clients choose to have us handle their flight bookings directly (a ticketing fee may apply for air-only bookings), while others prefer to book using points or miles. Either way, we stay involved to ensure everything aligns with the rest of your itinerary.
