Where we’re staying

Strand Palace London

We’ll be staying at the centrally located Strand Palace London from October 9–13, 2026. This is exactly the kind of hotel location I love for a group trip because it keeps us close to the London people actually dream about experiencing.

📍

Central London location

Strand Palace is set in the heart of London near Covent Garden, the West End, Trafalgar Square, restaurants, pubs, theatres, and major sightseeing. It gives us a true London home base instead of putting the group out by the stadium.

🚇

Easy Tube access

The hotel makes it easy to use London’s public transportation for sightseeing, free time, and game day logistics. You’ll be close to multiple transit options, which is exactly what we want for a smooth group experience.

🥂

Perfect for the vibe

This trip should feel like a London girls trip, not a random hotel stay near a stadium. Strand Palace gives us walkability, city energy, and easy access to the neighborhoods, pubs, food, and experiences that make London so fun.

Included experiences

The London moments we’re building in

Yes, the Eagles game is the main event, but this trip is also about actually experiencing London together. These included experiences add structure, sightseeing, and a little sparkle without overpacking every minute of the trip.

🏰

Best of London Tour

On October 10, we’ll dive into London’s history with a guided experience that includes the Tower of London, a River Thames cruise, and a historic walking tour. This is a great first full day activity because it gives travelers a meaningful overview of the city, iconic sights, and plenty of London context before the weekend really gets going.

Afternoon Tea Cruise on the River Thames

On October 12, we’ll slow things down with an afternoon tea cruise on the River Thames. Think tea, treats, river views, and a very London way to recap the weekend after game day. It’s relaxed, classic, and the perfect group experience before everyone heads home the next day.

From helping travelers navigate Europe confidently to organizing unforgettable group experiences, the goal is simple: football, friendship, unforgettable memories, and what may become the loudest Fly, Eagles, Fly singalong London has ever heard.

Why this trip works

International sporting events can be incredible, but they can also become overwhelming VERY quickly between hotels, game tickets, airport transfers, sightseeing logistics, transportation, restaurants, and trying to coordinate plans with a group.

That’s exactly why we designed this experience the way we did.

With two experienced Europe travel advisors hosting the trip, you get the fun of showing up for the Eagles in London without having to figure out every detail on your own. We’ve intentionally chosen a central London hotel, included curated sightseeing experiences, arranged transfers, and built the itinerary to balance structure with free time so the trip still feels like a real vacation.

The WHOLE point is for this to feel approachable, exciting, community-driven, and genuinely fun from the moment you land in London until the moment you head home.

Trip highlights

Picture the group chat becoming real life.

London is one of those cities that somehow manages to feel historic, chaotic, cozy, exciting, and endlessly interesting all at once. One minute you’re wandering through a centuries-old pub tucked into a side street, and the next you’re standing in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the world surrounded by football fans from everywhere.

This trip is being designed to balance iconic sightseeing with actual downtime and fun. Expect the kind of group experience where you can explore together without feeling over-scheduled every second of the day. Think pub meetups, sightseeing, football energy, relaxed mornings grabbing coffee with new friends, and the type of moments that start as “random group trip memories” and somehow become the stories everyone keeps talking about afterward.

Whether you’re coming because you love the Eagles, because you’ve always wanted to visit London, or because you simply want a girls trip that feels exciting and different, the goal is for this experience to feel approachable, welcoming, and genuinely memorable from start to finish.
